He has worked in the public sector as a Supervisor in the Municipality of Guayaquil and Police Stations; Independent lawyer sponsoring companies in commercial, municipal, tax and corporate matters. At the Firm, he reviews social, labor and civil aspects; experience in processes of incorporation and capital increases of Companies, settlement of municipal taxes and general procedures before the Superintendency of Companies, Ministry of Labor, IESS, IRS, SNA.
